1. Find a rock 🔎
2. Look at the rock 👁️ What is its shape? What are its colors?
3. Pick up or touch the rock 🖐️
4. Close your eyes 😔
5. Observe how the rock feels to touch. Is it smooth or rough? Is it light or heavy? What else do you notice about the rock?
6. Observe how you feel about the rock. Is anything you’ve observed about the rock surprising? Did it seem like it would be smooth, but it actually is somewhat textured? Did it appear heavy but was actually light? Does it feel different to you than other rocks?
7. Find another rock 🔁
